Before You Call

Before you call us to service your system, here are a few things you can troubleshoot yourself.

No power?

Check your breakers

A/C freezing up?

Change your filter

Fan blowing all the time?

Turn your thermostat to auto

Heat pump runs all the time in the winter?

when it’s 20 degrees or colder outside switch your thermostat to emergency or auxiliary heat.

Thermostat is blank?

check for batteries under the front cover. If you have batteries try changing them. Not all thermostats have batteries.
